People of faith (particularly Christians, because I'm one) seem to struggle with bridging their beliefs and their mental health needs. Are the two mutually exclusive, or is there a way to hold on to your faith while accepting your mental health needs and getting the right (professional) help? Does the Christian faith have anything to add to addressing mental health needs, or is it purely a reserve of mental health professionals? This series addresses these questions and more.
