Working is something everyone engages with on a regular basis. The Bible explains how the Christian is to think and feel about the task of work. How one thinks and feels will determine their actions in work and ultimately result in the way they reflect on their labors. The Christian work ethic does not stem from self-determination but rather self-realization knowing that work is to be done to the glory of God.
