Take a piece of paper & write down all the things your grateful for or write down all the blessings you have in your life. After that take a second & read them out loud. You are blessed

Remembering that God is with you & helping you. Do this exercise by repeating God is with me God is helping me God is guiding me

I did a thing or two & now I’m in a corporate situation, Hr is involved I feel some type of way but I know that Gods got me & he’ll handle it. I closed the chapter of friendship for two people I thought were gonna be in my life forever but that’s cool too because guess what everything happens for a reason if they meant to stay we’ll reconnect at a time God see fit
