Bio: Memphis' own Shontelle Norman-Beatty, background vocalist and former member of the New Edwin Hawkins Singers, revisits her traditional gospel foundation with her second-ever single release, “Jesus Will Fix It." Shontelle reconnected with friend and Grammy Award winning producer, Jonathon (J-Rych) Richmond and signed to DARE Records, founded by a longtime friend, Michael Anthony Taylor. Their musical collaboration, written and produced by J-Rych, recently reached #1 on Billboard charts. This amazing vocalist, who has toured with Grammy and Tony Award winner and NEA Jazz Master Dee Dee Bridgewater, is also First Lady in Houston, TX to her husband, Pastor Andre Beatty. Her musical roots run deep with homage to her talented family including the late Shea Norman, her father, Elder James Norman, and her siblings, Charisse & Shallen Norman featured on the single. Shontelle is currently in the studio finishing her EP project.
