Short Bio: Toshiba Bouey is a former educator that ventured into entrepreneurship by managing her brother's restaurant, Crumps Fish and Wings after resigning from education.  Her brother who loves traveling, often visits full service bars and bistros in other cities, and realized there wasn't one like those in Memphis.  This lead to his decision to create an upscale cigar lounge for mature adults.  He, along with his friends, Will Rodgers, a master barber, and Aaron Kearney, owner of Memphis Best Pizza and Subs, joined the team and SALT was born.  Toshiba is a minority partner that runs Operations and Management and is excited to share about their new venture.  Visit: Facebook @ SALT Memphis | Instagram: @saltmemphis901
