A Must Read

I bought this book this morning at the farmer's market, and I'm already finished with it. That's how much I couldn't put it down. Very well written, great characters, great plot, and a touching story. The main character depends on men more than my independent woman personality usually enjoys, but its not enough to keep the story from being enjoyable. There are a few places that need some editing, but only a few. I really liked that she took what looked to be at first glance a fluffy romance and instead made it very deep and personal. You really have to read this book to see how many issues she flawlessly handles and wraps into this short book without at all being the focus. I am not a romance book person and I love this book. You will be missing out if you do not read this book.

Original Christmas Story

The Christmas Hitchhiker took me deep into the life of Sagen Cross, a highly successful and sometimes stressed out female architect living in New York City. The story begins with Sagen taking off on a road trip by herself driving from New York City to Kansas to see her family at Christmas. A flat tire forever changes the life of Sagan when she is helped out by a hitchhiker. Not wanting to give away the whole story, I want readers to know that I thoroughly enjoyed the book and think it would make a great holiday movie for it's originality and how it touches the heart.

Beautifully Written

The Christmas Hitchhiker is a wonderful romance centered on the Christmas holidays. It highlights the relationship between a woman and a military veteran that is both interesting and heartwarming at the same time. It was a thoroughly enjoyable tale where several unexpected events lead to a chance at happiness for both characters, if they can only find the correct path. I look forward to more books from this new and exciting Author.
