On this episode of "Make it Cute" Miles talks about making yourself the main character of your own life. Life is too short to be a supporting character in your own story and Miles not only discusses ways that he has made himself the main character of his own life, but what the soundtrack to his story would sounds like and why.

Main Character Cocktail:

1,5 oz aperol

1.5 oz vodka

2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice

Prosecco

Combine aperol, vodka, and fresh orange juice in a mixing glass with crushed ice and stir. Strain into a wine glass and top with Prosecco. Enjoy immediately!

The Best Scrambled Eggs Ever:

3 eggs

Salt

Pepper

1 Bunch of Chives or Scallions

2 oz Cream Cheese

1 tsp Truffle Oil

3 tbsp butter

Beat eggs in a bowl, add butter to a pan over low until foamy. Add eggs and scramble on and off the heat every 20 seconds for 6-8 minutes total making small curds as you go. Season with salt, pepper, and add in chives and cream cheese. Add in one tbsp of cold butter and a drizzle of truffle oil. Serve immediately. Pair with an English muffin (toasted, buttered).
