Preached at the Emmanuel Church in Saltburn morning service on 24th August 2025.
In this episode
Shortly before I stood up to speak, an Iranian was interviewed in the service. They had become a Christian and had to flee their country because of persecution. It was a powerful and moving story, and one that reflected the series we were preaching on. I began speaking by quoting the words of the song we had just sung: ‘My Jesus, Me Saviour.’ You will notice I struggled to speak at first! This is an important message to the whole church.
This is part of a series on ‘Revelation 1-3: the 7 churches’, which can be found on SoundCloud. The key Scriptures for this talk are Revelation 3:7-13; John 10:1-10.
