Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) is a present day conversation taking place mainstream. Despite all the data and talking points and expert opinion, there is one answer to this seemingly complex problem. DEI is a heart issue. Institutions can make every provision necessary to align with the DEI movement, but if the hearts of individuals do not change there won't be progress. The true church is centered on changing hearts.
