As a business owner, you will be told that it's important to find your ideal customer. Niche down and work with them because that positions you as the expert. It helps you make more money. All of these things are true, but one thing people fail to mention is that business is never really smooth sailing. There are times when you're not going to have anybody to work with, including your ideal customers.
