Resource Works has released a new report, or as it’s being called a ‘citizen's guide’, into the impact tanker traffic has on the BC coastline. It’s found transportation of oil via tanker to and from the Burnaby site is safe, and it claims the pipeline expansion will actually make it safer, through investment Western Canada Marine Response Corporation.
