Clayton is joined by Erez Ziv to discuss art & theater in the Lower East Side, Erez's experiences moving from Israel to New York & his experience working as a horse carriage driver by Central Park after moving to the city.

Ziv, of Horse Trade Theater Group, is the managing director of both the Kraine Theater on 85 E 4th St, and Under St Marks on 94 St. Marks Place. His theaters operate as non-profits and put on hundreds of shows per year, roughly 900 per season, and provide a platform for hundreds of young artists to get their start in theater
