July 18th 2003. 

A neighbour showed up at 18 year old Tiffany Rowell's house and walked into a horrifying site. Tiffany, her boyfriend Marcus, her best friend Rachael and Marcus's cousin, Adelbert all lay dead, and it was determined that they had been shot to death. 

It would take three years for the police to finally get answers about what happened that afternoon...
