How can we make the client experience more fun, more engaging, more joyful, more comfortable etc.  Here's what we think you need to consider:

Personal contact

Build relationships 

Clear roadmap

Woo your client - let them know you want to work with them and support them.

Use video/audio/written outlines and themes to demonstrate what is possible for your client.

Free opportunities to get to know you.

Facebook groups.

Box of goodies with appropriate gifts for those higher end services and memberships

What could you give your client that would totally wow them? Set up a clear set of expectation.


What sort of experience do you want your client to have and how can you facilitate that for them?  Think from the start of their working relationship with you until the end of their working relationship with you.

If you don’t know what to do, ask your clients/prospects to tell you what they’d like.  (Don't survey them.  Just ring them and have a conversation!!)
