Sometimes in life, we get so caught up in constantly moving, working, and chasing the next thing that we forget to take a step back, breathe, reflect, and prioritize our health. For the first time in a long time, I decided to truly listen to my body and take a closer look at my health. Along the way, I learned some things that caught me completely by surprise, but as the saying goes, better now than never.
This chapter has brought a lot of changes, a lot of reflection, and a new perspective on what it means to take care of myself. But through it all, one thing remains the same: the good times will continue to roll.

Being a college athlete is tough enough. Now imagine doing it while running your own agency and building a media empire at the same time. Somehow, Terian Williams makes all of it look effortless. As his college athletic career enters its final chapter this season, Terian isn’t waiting for the game to end before figuring out what comes next. He’s already building it.
From balancing the demands of being a student-athlete to growing his own business and establishing himself in the media world, Terian has found a way to turn his ambition into action. In this episode, we dive into the mindset behind his hustle, how he manages so many different responsibilities, and why creating opportunities outside of sports has always been bigger than simply preparing for life after the game. With one final season ahead of him, there’s still plenty left for Terian to accomplish as an athlete. But one thing is already clear: whenever that final whistle comes, he won’t be searching for his next chapter. He’s already writing it.

The transition beyond sports is never easy, and finding your own unique lane can be even harder. But for Mariah Linney, that transition has become an opportunity to build something entirely her own. From kicks to hats and everything in between, the former Charlotte 49ers women’s basketball star has taken her love for fashion, creativity and culture and turned it into a platform that continues to open new doors—not only for herself, but for women creators everywhere. In this episode, Mariah takes us through her journey from the basketball court to the world of content creation, how she found the confidence to embrace what made her different, and what it took to navigate life beyond the game. She opens up about carving out her own space, staying true to herself and continuing to take her game to another level long after the final buzzer. If there’s one thing to take away from Mariah’s story, it’s that walking away from one chapter doesn’t mean leaving who you are behind. Sometimes, it’s about taking everything the game gave you and using it to create something even bigger. This one will leave you ready to embrace your uniqueness, bet on yourself and strive for more.

And just like that, there’s a lot I need to catch you all up on. One thing about life—it’s going to life. Sometimes in the ways we hope for, and other times in ways we may not fully understand in the moment, but eventually, it all starts to make sense. There are a lot of changes on the horizon—not just in life, but with the show as well—as we get closer to one of my favorite times of the year. New chapters, new opportunities, new ideas, and plenty of moments I can’t wait to share with you all. There truly aren’t enough words to express the gratitude I have for this journey and for everyone who has chosen to be a part of it. Every episode, every conversation, every laugh, every lesson and every memory has helped make this experience what it is. We’ve already come a long way, but something tells me we’re still just getting started. There are plenty more stories to tell, memories to make, and moments to experience together. The show goes on.
