He continues on to share his project he is working on: a kelp farm. Kelp is used to make many everyday products: toothpastes, shampoos, frozen foods, and even pharmaceuticals. Kelp also presents a key opportunity to be used as cattle feed, which dramatically could reduce the impact of the dairy industry.
