Webinar Series #10: Next Level Clips Creation and Marketing with Neil and Special Guest, Meana Wolf
Why did you want to do this webinar?
The adult content space is ever changing, and COVID- 19 has dramatically changed how performers view their home-produced content. Developing the skills to produce high quality content can liberate creators from economic uncertainty and eliminate their dependence on professional studios who operate within a narrow view of what adult content should be and what it should look like.
I truly believe anyone can have a thriving career in adult entertainment if they cultivate their creative skills and learn to treat their business like a business. The adult entertainment industry has given me a life I could have NEVER imagined for myself, and I am ever grateful to C4S for giving amateurs a space to build their businesses. It is a privilege and joy to share the knowledge that I have gathered over the last seven years of my career with my fellow SWers.
Within the C4S universe, who do you think will benefit most from attending this webinar?
I think any creator at any level of independent production can pick up some free and low-cost ways to improve your production and performance from this webinar!
What will people learn during this webinar?
In this webinar, creators will learn some of the strategies that I have used to become a Top 50 Creator across multiple platforms and how I went from not knowing the first thing about video production to having a popular brand known for its high quality and excellence.
Stunning, insatiable immersive roleplay artist and adult model Meana Wolf will make you do bad things… very bad things. It's no surprise that the exotic Canadian’s name personifies her naturally devious and animalistic sides.
Her brain is her commodity, and as a performer, she takes you to a place where fantasy and reality meet, connecting with every part of you. Before entering the adult arena, Meana dove into creative endeavors, being heavily active behind the scenes in theatre and attending music school in college. Her creative edge is the key ingredient in her unique taboo, cuckolding, fetish, and horror clips. Pornhub gave her some stellar noms in the first-ever Pornhub Awards in 2018—she scored BackDoor Beauty/Top Anal Performer. In 2019, she nabbed multiple noms from AVN and XBIZ for her scenes and clips, as well as a second nomination from Pornhub for Best Modelhub Studio. Meana has graced the pages and cover of XBIZ’s Clip World Magazine, made the Top 20 of Maxim’s 2020 Covergirl contest, and has been featured multiple times in Hustler’s Sex Boot Camp series.

Clips4Sale Legal Zone Series #12: SBA Loans (COVID-19) & the Adult Industry, AB 2389 Sex Worker Permit Bill, and the EARN IT Act
Clips4Sale is excited to bring you another installment of “The Clips4Sale Legal Zone, with Neil and attorney Corey D. Silverstein” – from Monday, May 18th at 4 pm EST. We welcomed back our recurring special guest, attorney Lawrence Walters.
Neil is the founder and leader of Clips4Sale, the industry’s most long-standing and successful space to sell clips online. Corey is the industry’s premiere IT attorney, representing community members from all corners of the space. Together, they will break down relevant legal issues shaping the adult industry – and your business – today, with a live Q&A occurring throughout.
During this episode, we gave some updates on SBA loans as related to COVID-19 and the adult industry. This included discussion of two injunctions that have issued against the SBA in cases brought by community businesses.
We had an update on AB 2389, California’s controversial Sex Worker Permit bill. For those who may not recall, this bill would prohibit adult entertainers and/or performers from working at an adult entertainment business or content production unless they have received a certificate of training completion regarding their employment rights, as specified.
According to Corey, AB 2389 “does seem to be dead for now. The adult industry didn’t beat this thing though – COVID-19 beat it.” This does not indicate the bill is truly off the table.
New for this discussion was the use of drugs and/or alcohol on set pre, during, and after shoots, as well as during live broadcasts. We also discussed the EARN IT Act – or, the Eliminating Abusive and Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies Act — which “would create incentives for companies to ‘earn’ liability protection for violations of laws related to online child sexual abuse material (CSAM).” If passed, the government could require adult content moderation policies and prohibit encryption in order for online platforms to retain their current immunity.
According to Larry, the EARN IT Act, “has some support and the consequences could be devastating if passed. Much like FOSTA, the time to pay attention is before this stuff passes.”

The March 9th episode was special – and especially important – one as Neil and Corey unpacked California’s controversial AB2389, known as the Sex Worker Permit bill. This bill would prohibit adult entertainers and/or performers from working at an adult entertainment business or working in an adult entertainment video unless they have received a certificate of training completion regarding their employment rights, as specified.
During the episode, we broke down some of the more relevant pieces of the bill, including, the bill’s history, its implications, and why this is a direct attack on free speech. We also discussed actions we as a community can take to help combat this bill.
“The State of California continues its seemingly endless attacks on the adult entertainment industry with its newest bill, AB2389,” Corey D. Silverstein stated. “This recent attack on free speech and adult entertainment workers in California may be the most brazen yet as apparently the State of California wants to dictate whether or not an adult entertainer has the right to consensually engage in adult entertainment.”
This is a very important topic that has the potential to impact everyone in our community.

How are companies inside and outside the state dealing with the law? What will happen to services that are strictly sales platforms, as well as to “multi-function” platforms that support an array of services? Further, a federal judge has already refused to make Uber reclassify drivers as employees in California – how will this refusal impact industry workers?
