In this episode Chris shares about a letter he wrote to himself 2 years ago, and how it made him take stock of himself, where he is at, and where he wants to be. He shared that it impacted him deeply to see the fruit of things he was believing for 2 years ago, and seeing where his co-parenting relationship is at now compared to 2 years ago.

In today's solo episode Chris shares his thoughts about being careful to commit to things, whether that is with your children, co-parents, spouse, or at work. He shares some examples of how he does not always commit because he does not want to break the trust of those close to him. He shares that he doesn't always give his kids a yes or no answer, so that they are not disappointed if something changes and he isn't able to do what he told them he would do.

In today's episode Chris is joined by April Jones. April is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, single parent of 5 and has 4 grandchildren. She created the I AM...Curriculum. I AM...is a 12 week group that combines the power of God's Word and therapy techniques to bring healing and freedom. The curriculum excavates the lies people have believed about themselves and others for years. They dig deep and dismantle them. In the process they discover how those lies actually kept them from God's perfect plan for their lives. They learn that He really is good, all the time, even through their painful experiences. April uses the curriculum to provide weekly groups held via Zoom. You can find more information on the group by following the Instagram or Facebook pages.
