In this volume, we are going to discuss how to use someone's motivation as a catalyst for successful coaching. We subscribe to the theory you should never motivate someone until you first find out what motivates them. This helps leaders and coaches avoid assumptions and risky suggestions that may not resonate with the person who's being coached. We will teach specific methodologies of how to bring in someone's motivator into conversations to develop a proactive approach to developing one's talent.
