One, having a baby in April was a big factor but also she teamed up with her new ultra coach Ida Nilsson, the Swedish long-distance runner, and ski mountaineer. So we decided to catch up with them both to focus on tips and advice for races like CCC from a coach's perspective and the person being coached.
