Nic has worked in the technology industry in Australia and in the U.S. He came to the Seattle area in 2008, and has had the opportunity to work with two of the largest technology companies in the world. Always interested in professional development and learning, Nic talks about what it was like to work with his coach -a benefit provided by his company --what he found most valuable, and what surprised him most. He also talks about having a mentor and being a mentor, and the difference between mentoring and coaching.

Cynthia talks about making the move from journalism to supporting an engineering team at the suggestion of her first mentor/coach. Colin got his dream job in the video gaming industry at 15. He's been in the technology industry since then, eventually becoming the COO of Demonware, the online studio for Activision, before starting his own company in 2019.
