This is a special piece for FilmStack’s Inspiration Post Challenge that is not part of County Fence’s usual fare. The series was put together by Ted Hope with the help of Donny Broussard and Avi Setton with the goal of connecting the film community on Substack (FilmStack) and establishing a film category (which was successful! Congrats!). They’re looking for volunteers to talk about what inspired or continues to inspire the FilmStack crowd and I put my hand up. Maybe you can too. Here’s a link to the instructions.
