The Collective Mindset

The present state of education does not align with future societal needs.  On Leadership Redefined we break down issues and inspire action to help recreate our educational system. We explore probable vs preferable futures to recognize the possibilities of a future that escapes the conventional thinking of ‘stuck in the mud’ traditionalists. We envision a system that must be aligned to catalyze the collective transformation projecting a holistic, relevant and effective one.
