The Comfort Zone Diary Challenge

For a whole day, keep a diary about your usual routines and activities as well as your feelings and thoughts towards them. Then, look at your diary entry and identify any comfort zones. Challenge yourself to step outside of at least one comfort zone identified. It could be as simple as trying a different item from your favorite restaurant instead of the usual or as complex as learning to stand up for yourself when disagreeing with someone's opinion. Reflect on how it made you feel at the end of the day. Repeat this challenge as often as you wish or need to discover more about yourself and to constantly take the opportunity to grow!
