In Joel 2:28 we read of the pouring out of the Holy Spirit on all flesh, on closer study we find that we are given the time of its complete fulfilment, and we discover that it occurs just prior to the Day of the Lord. We are living very close to the time of the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit in history.
