A fundamental goal for all of us in service professions is to integrate research and practice in ways that improve the outcomes of those being served. Evidence-based practices have long been a tool to bridge clinical expertise and the science. Unfortunately, these tools do not consistently support equitable implementation and outcomes. Today we join Dr. Juliette McClendon, Brandon J.
