We chat with Maggie O’Connor, a professional ultimate frisbee player for the Los Angeles Astra. She also currently plays on SoCal Flipside for club ultimate. Maggie has been playing competitively since 2018, and when not playing frisbee, is in the coast guard stationed in Long Beach, CA.
