Claire and Sue discuss how we regularly compare ourselves with others and how this can have a negative impact on our mental well-being. Often we don’t even realise we are comparing and we may have got into this habit that does not serve us. By simply noticing when this is happening we can begin the process of changing this habit. Instead of comparing we can acknowledge others’ skills and identify our own, leading to a healthier mindset and a more resilient nature.
