What does it look like to be faithful? In today’s message, we’re reminded that every interaction is an opportunity to add value, every resource is an opportunity to multiply, and every prompting is an opportunity to obey God. Faithfulness means choosing obedience even when we don’t know what’s ahead. Our responsibility is to obey God; the outcome is His responsibility.

What does it look like to live a generous life? What does it look like to be truly devoted to Christ?

In John 4:1-42, Jesus meets the Samaritan woman at the well and reveals that there is more happening around us than we often see. While the disciples were focused on the immediate, Jesus challenged them to “open your eyes” and recognize the spiritual harvest all around them. When we open our eyes, we may discover that God is already at work in ways we never expected.

In John 15, Jesus declares, “I am the true vine.” As we wrap up the I Am series, we discover that a flourishing life isn’t found through achievement, approval, or security, but by abiding in Christ. Jesus invites us to abide in Him, allowing the Father to lovingly prune and shape us into people who bear lasting fruit. Though discipline can be challenging, it is through God’s refinement that we grow in maturity, experience His joy, and become who He created us to be.
