Michael is currently Director of Diagnostic Haematology at the Canberra Hospital, ACT Pathology and Consultant Haematologist with responsibility for inpatients and outpatients.
He is actively involved in teaching and lecturing medical students at Australian National University, ANU Medical School, and participates as investigator and sub-investigator for clinical trials and research in leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma, thrombosis and inherited bleeding disorders. He is also passionate about participating in choir music.
