Glenda is currently the interim general manager at Canberra-based not-for-profit Domestic Violence and Crisis Service (DVCS).

Glenda was previously the President of ACTCOSS which is the peak body for community organisations and people experiencing disadvantage in the ACT. 

Its vision is to live in a fair and equitable community that respects and values diversity, human rights and sustainability and promotes justice, equity, reconciliation and social inclusion.
