Is there a home for pro-democracy conservatives in 2024? I sat down with Matt Germer and Scott Warren to discuss the efforts (both elite and grassroots) to create community among Republicans who the Republican Party has left behind.

Matt Germer is director of the Governance Program at the R Street Institute, a center-right think tank.

Scott Warren is a fellow at the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University where he is exploring, researching, and convening for a pro-democracy conservative agenda.
