It is running in Edge, reached by typing a URL, while an 8BitDo six-button arcade controller introduces itself to the browser as an Xbox One Game Controller. On the television it looks like a small fact: a fighter, two characters, some buttons. Behind it is a whole argument about what a video-game console is allowed to be.
