On this episode of the Construction Record Podcast, digital media editor Warren Frey speaks with BUILDEX show director James Wyatt and Informa Connect conference producer Jordan DeBarros about the upcoming BUILDEX Vancouver conference which takes place at the Vancouver Convention Centre West from Feb 15. to Feb 16.

Wyatt and DeBarros listed off some of the highlights of the event including construction and architecture keynotes, a property technology showcase and a new workforce solutions feature to help address drastic worker shortages in British Columbia’s construction industry,

DeBarros also gave a detailed summary of to some of the many educational sessions taking place at the conference including deep dives into mass timber, modular and contract disputes as well as session featuring “Man In Motion” Rick Hanson called “Power to Build.”
