How are you supposed to stay in tune with yourself and your intuition if you have been stuck in this serious place where you can only see one perspective and it never ends the way you want it to. You must learn how to shift into that joyful side of you to allow the other perspectives in. Connecting with this less serious side will shake lose the things that are holding you in patterns.
This can be in your work, your love, your overall life decisions. If you simply don’t have the time to slow down and connect to the joy in life are you even living? Don’t you want to feel like you have fulfillment of some sort. Don’t you want to leave room to align with your own’s souls calling. The wisdom is here. It’s here in your heart and the things that make you feel alive.

Please welcome my guest Christina who bravely shares her spiritual awakening with us! Her spiritual awakening started with the loss of her paternal grandmother and father.
She found herself open to a reading, but unsure what to expect coming to her first group reading in Spring of 2019 and admits she still had a little doubt in her head. She left with her mind blown and was a complete believer in the afterlife and it allowed her to even recall her own experiences as a child after reflection.
It’s been quite a journey to get to today where she gives us a beautiful testimony to how living in a different vibration has simplified her life and allowed her thought patterns and experiences to be a complete 180. She lives in joy and peace. She is also learning to navigate a spirit led life and she aspires to continue the journey to living her best life!

Her journey to peace while finding herself in a family situation where she felt there was absolutely no way out.

Slowly over time her Oma passed away. Her mom moved out into her own house. Soon she delivered her second baby and then needed to find a safe way out of her home with her two children as her partner was not responding well to the healthy boundaries she needed.
· How therapy and treatment helped her move through the motions of finding safety and creating a safe place for herself and children.
· How when you start to heal and make changes that are best for your mental, emotional, and spiritual health that some relationships and friends will end and that’s okay because it will make room for new people that are in a different place and can meet you where you are at.
· Christina talks candidly about her dating life and all the ups and downs of 2022 in trying to find herself in her new life as a single mom on a healing quest doing all the self-help things. Her first relationship after her marriage and what she learned from it.
· How 2023 has been the year of creating more space for herself and setting goals for personal growth, spiritual growth and being more in tune with her physical health. She loved working with tarot cards at first, then angel numbers and then found a love for meditation.
· Christina talks about the joys of working at a puppy shop and feeling so much different about work and what she wants from work in her life.
· How finding joy in her life has made it even more clear of what’s not for her!
· How she’s now receiving downloads from spirit all the time clairaudient and explains how it’s evolving over time into a full-blown reading with a spirit at her mother’s property.

This episode takes an in-depth look at how to navigate complex loss and grief. It’s important to recognize that each individual will grieve differently after a loss. A loss could be anything. It’s not necessarily losing a loved one from the physical world to the spiritual world.
With every loss there is a opportunity for personal growth. However, not everybody sees a loss as a positive catalyst in their life and we must honor that if it’s someone else’s story. It’s critical that you remember your experience through your own perception and don’t let anybody else dictate what that experience was for you.

Creating more harmony in your life and strengthening your intuition go hand-in-hand. When you're working on strengthening your intuition, you have to clear up your energetic space. Whether at your home or in a work environment, it’s very important to be able to maintain that quiet space and do things that make you feel better to keep you in that high vibe space as much as you possibly can.
You know how things could ebb and flow. Everybody's work situation is obviously different, as much as their home situation is as well. But you have to do what you can to make sure every moment feels good to you because this will help you along your journey.
Whichever way you’re able to get that done, know that you’re the only person who’s going to look out for your own best interest when it comes to maintaining your space – a space that is safe, supportive, and uplifting.
That being said, I want to remind you that you are not alone. We are all fully supported by Spirit and our guides. And so, it’s just a matter of tapping into that connection.
Today, I’m going to share with you 9 ways to create more harmony and strengthen your intuition. Hopefully, these will help strengthen your connection with your highest self so you can work on these different healing modalities as well as clear the lens for you to achieve more clarity. Look at your life right now and look at those opportunities.
Obviously, there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. But there are always a number of ways to slice and dice our lives to keep us in harmony – and the best harmony at that – so you can have a beautiful life. Today, I wanted to talk to you about what it means to be a contemporary medium, and I will also share the answers to the questions that you all submitted on social media and through email.
After a very wild 2020 and 2021 with mentorship growth, it has become such a critical piece of what my work is. And so, I always like to reflect on what I'm learning as I'm teaching, and what's the next best step with my offerings.
What I truly wanted to do this year is to just take this to a completely deeper level with a contemporary mediumship course, where we will incorporate more soulful mediumship practices and more soul readings for this massive shift going on in our world today.
When you're showing up for mediumship, the personal growth is just phenomenal. It is sometimes messy, sometimes hard, but it's also magical. The mediumship journey goes hand in hand with your own personal healing journey. And together, they are profound. You will become more aligned with your highest self and your highest purpose through this practice. You will become aware of areas in your life that need healing and you will be called to heal these areas.
I'm going in the direction of being here with the understanding that we're all here to grow. At times, that includes the mediumship as well as other things that your soul needs to know from your loved ones in Spirit, in order for you to integrate the healing and move forward. Sometimes, you may also need to recognize certain things that you have held onto such as misaligned beliefs or traumas in your body that you would benefit from releasing
There are things that need to fall away in your life so that other things can fall perfectly together. And this process can be messy. But once you make the shift to truly put yourself and your healing first in your life, everything changes.

As a medium, fear and doubt are two crucial things that you must learn to face and work with to prosper. But we all know these limitations affect all of us in everyday life as well. Fear and doubt never fully go away but there are ways to learn to push through them. We all handle certain situations differently, but by just showing up, pushing through, and doing your best, fear becomes not so powerful.
You are going to have challenges, but those challenges don’t define your abilities or your self worth. Doubt and fear present themselves with family, relationships and in work life. Remember why you want to do the thing you are fearful of, connect to that intention and let it guide you. Step out on that stage and do what you came to do, regardless of the judgement from others. When you are truly connected to yourself and your Spirit team, guidance seems to come more effortlessly.
