She is a Mother, National Certified Counselor, Workshop Facilitator, and Author. She has a MS degree in Counseling with focus on women and adolescent mental health.She is the author of Mom Guilt, A Guide to Understanding What it is, Why it Exists, and How to Manage It; and the Mom Management Series.
