           In this episode, we discuss Florida's Stand Your Ground Law and develop reasons why the law does not apply to Ajike “AJ” Owens. I am praying for her family and kids and wish them the best as they walk such a difficult path. 
           Furthermore, The Supreme Court has ruled that Alabama needs to redraw its voting map to allow an additional Black majority district to account for the fact that the state is 27% Black. Huge Win!

     In this episode, we are talking about self-love for 2023. Making sure you look after yourself because at the end of the day, we all need someone to lean on but first, we need to be able to lean on ourselves. The theme for this year is "It's about me", what that means is you need to put yourself first this year. Understand your own needs and be willing to let things go that don't fit your lifestyle. Knowing that it's okay for you to say "no" to people because you have been putting everyone first but that changes now! 

   In the second part of the show, we talk about George Santos, who lying about his resume to obtain the office of Congressman. Now we all have lied about some part of our resume but not as much as Goerge Santos has. We had a Guest Speaker: @Laurel K Rutledge, she gave us some insight on what could happen if you were caught lying on your resume and also how to enhance it as well.

This year for Women's History Month the theme is "Women in Media", which means we honor women who are podcasters or on tv in some way.

We all took away somthing differnt from the speech but in this episode I give you a general over view of the speech while also having some fun too. Its Black History Month which means we have to talk about a Black Legend. Todays Legend is Frederick Douglass, not only was he a slave that escaped for freedom but he also was an activist for black slaves and womens rights.
