Crystal Mance is an Author, Coach, Pastor, Conference Speaker, and Entrepreneur, and holds a master’s degree in Life Coaching. In her thought-provoking book R.E.S.E.T. Releasing Every Situation Encourages Transformation, Crystal transparently shares about her season of being mentally and emotionally burned out, and how God healed her heart and transformed her mind.
From her process of healing, the Lord gave Crystal life nuggets and strategies to live by which she shares with others to help them on their journey from burnout to wholeness, and peace. Crystal served as a Women’s Pastor and in several areas of ministry leadership in the Houston and Philadelphia areas for more than 20 years. Crystal and her husband, Darryl live in the metro Atlanta area and are parents to two adult children.
