Hey WILD Tribe, this week we meet the incredible Mac Ling.
Mac is an Executive Coach and the Founder of Coaching Collective. At the core of Mac’s coaching style is a balance of strong empathetic listening skills with an analytical critical thinking mindset focused on working with clients to take new action in their lives to achieve their goals. Combining an extensive business background with coaching skills, he has delivered a plethora of individual coaching assignments and group workshops.
With over 15 years of experience as a technology and marketing executive across the U.S. and Asia, Mac’s wealth of experience spans the corporate, entrepreneurial and non-profit spheres. This diversity of experience has given him unique insights into how global companies and leaders deal with cross-cultural challenges and driving transformation, both at an individual and an organisational level.
His clients include senior managers and executives in the financial services, professional services, NGO/charity, and legal sectors. Mac is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach, and trained as an Advanced Master Coach by the Center for Advanced Coaching. He is also a registered consultant for the UNDP Asia-Pacific Leadership Consultancy.
