The Cool Process of my 2 new Paintings "Mi Escondite Secreto" and "Inner Growth"!
Hello ladies and gents, welcome back! In this video, I am very excited to finally present to you my 2 new paintings, "Inner Growth" and "Mi Escondite Secreto"!
They are both acrylic paintings and the reason why the name of the second painting is in Spanish is because it was inspired by the beautiful city of Mazatlan, in Sinaloa, Mexico. Featuring some of its most famous landmarks such as the "Castillo Valentinos" and the three islands that this city is pretty well known for, all by the beach.
The first painting, Inner Growth, with the lovely roses blossoming next to a large violin, I intended to make the whole painting portray what it feels like to have a passion inside of you, whether it be with art, poetry, writing, dancing, or in this case, playing the violin. For me, this painting also felt like a nice breakthrough of my intimidation against painting on large canvases, it made me feel way more comfortable and playful tackling one of my biggest painting sizes, being 40x60 cm.
