The Corporate Christmas Party does not need to be the gong-show you dread or have seen in R-rated movies. This is that gift at the end of the year from whomever you are employed by as a thank you for the year's efforts. There a myriad reasons why this is as critical an event as there is; and the irony is, most who put these on may not even be aware themselves of why. I worked for a brilliant leader who once in passing told me why it was so important to him that his company feel enough to attend and then have a great time. I never forgot his words and it has gone in to EVERY company holiday party I have been responsible for. We will laugh a lot and learn a lot this week. Please enjoy responsibly :).
