In this message, Pastor Caleb discusses the doctrine that God established for His ministers.  Looking at the job descriptions in the Old Testament and the New Testament, God established His doctrine for how these ministers are to conduct themselves.  God's people, especially in today's time, should understand the correct doctrine of ministers for themselves.
