Some people literally left nets, boats, families, and vocations to follow Jesus.

We may not be asked, at least for now, to leave our jobs or possessions in that same way. But we are still called to surrender to Him even as we work and while we still have what we own.

Yet this remains a challenge for many of us.

Fa steer no ma Jesus — give the steering wheel to Jesus.

If we truly understand the cost of following Christ, it will become easier to walk as He walked.
