Mark 6:1-29 (4th Sunday of LENT)

...Mark seems to be portraying the picking up of some momentum, and you get the sense that Jesus was on the verge of really big break throughs, when highly offensive opposition boils over and then John the Baptizer is executed. This is NOT looking good for Jesus and His followers!
