There's a cost to being a disciple of Jesus. Jesus had to give his life so that we could be forgiven, come to faith, and be his follower. There will be a cost for us too - we are willing to part with anything or anyone that would keep us from Jesus. But the cost is worth it when we realize what we gain: peace, life, and salvation.
This sermon based on Philemon 1,7-21 was preached on September 4, 2022, and was the final sermon in an eight week series called "Discipleshift."
