The Church in Laodicea had grown confident in their self-sufficiency. Christ was not their All-In-All, and they thought they were "good" when it came to the things of God. Christ Jesus had a very different view of them. Their "call" had no "cost." Jesus clearly articulated the requirements of following Him in Mark 8. Join us as we contrast the Laodiceans (and our) short comings in comparison to what Christ requires.
