The end of 2023 is three months away. Then what? What were your Q3 highlights or lowlights, joys, moments of belly laughing, ugly cries. Without looking back, we don't know if we're on course or off course or if there's even a course we like. Reflection is how/where/when we really learn and internalize our life. I encourage you to take a hour to stop and breathe about Q3 and think about how you want to get 2023 across the finish line.
