Finding a new job is kind of the worst, if we're being super honest. Finding a Product Management job is just beyond. We tend to avoid all the things that cause us pain and inconvenience and, instead, focus on the things we mildly enjoy or feel like doing at the moment. We intuitively choose the path of least resistance in lieu of tangling with the hard stuff beneath the surface.  In this brief but impactful episode, I encourage you to deal with the rough stuff.
