This week Brad and Richard interview Kelly Martin.  Kelly was an investigator with the Little Rock Police Department who would later go to work in the Saline County Sheriff’s Department.  It was here that he was tasked with trying to make sense of the 10-year-old case of “The Boys on the Tracks”
