He is a Courage Champion, Inclusion Practitioner, and advocate of diversity, social justice, and fairness. Not only is Martin standing up against hate, he’s creating an avenue and safe space for the LGBTQ+ community in the boxing world.

Martin and Chris also discuss the importance of visible allyship, being accountable for hate, and how to behave in a manner that is consistent with what you are saying. This conversation not only applies in society, but within the walls of organizations and needs to be infused into the employee experience.
